Your workout for Monday, June 18 – Top of the Mornin’ to Ya II:
- Circle push-ups – 10 reps
- Plyometric lunges – 30 reps
- Oblique planks – 10 reps per leg
- Wide squat pulses – 50 reps
- Tricep push-ups – 10 reps
- Supermans – 30 reps
- Plank – 60 seconds
- *Rest 30 seconds
- **Repeat 3-6 times

Nutrition tip of the day:
Be aware that animal products are loaded with fat. Even the leanest cuts of beef, for example, are about 30 percent fat! Chicken is also high in fat – even without the skin, chicken breast derives 23 percent of its calories from fat. While fish vary, most are surprisingly high in fat. Common cuts of salmon, for example, are about 42 percent fat.

This workout was awesome! It was the first time I’ve been able to exercise in over a week because of my back. I ran through the whole thing 4 times and felt amazing.
Those circle pushups are NO JOKE!
This was a great workout for this morning – did 5 reps. Even though I haven’t technically “lost weight” in the past three weeks- I’m feeling better and more toned!
Did 4 rounds of this in my hotel room this morning and I was a sweaty mess! After 3 full days of walking all around Chicago all day, I’m sore and tired!
I did this workout this morning with my hubby. The first round was a piece of cake and I was thinking “we need to make these workouts harder” by round three, “ouch” on the plyo lunges and everything else.
I got through 5 rounds this morning..whew! Those supermans got TOUGH be round three.
