Here’s a pretty tasty and different tasting shake we created this morning: The Green Apple
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop vanilla fitmixer® slim®
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 handful (about 1/2 cup) cleaned, fresh baby spinach
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
We loved this one because it tasted just like a green apple. It is pretty thin for a shake, but could be thickened by substituting some water with ice.
Another great thing about this one it how low-calorie it is. If you’re looking to switch up your afternoon snack, this is a great way to mix it up and stay within your calorie limits.
