Peaches and Cream with vanilla slim®
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 scoop of fitmixer® slim®
- ½ tbs honey
- 10 peach slices
We used frozen peaches and really had to load up on the peaches to get the flavor. If you are using fresh peaches, you probably won’t need as much.

We noticed the sugar content is high there, if you take out the honey (which you can’t really taste anyway), the sugar content is nearly cut in half and the rest of the good stuff stays pretty much the same. Though it is good to remember that honey is a natural sugar…
